By accessing or using the Alpine Research Labs website ("Site") and purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase products.

2. Research Use Only

All products sold by Alpine Research Labs are intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory research and scientific investigation. Products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, food additives, household use, or any clinical or therapeutic application. By purchasing, you confirm that:

• You are affiliated with a research institution, laboratory, or educational organization, or are conducting independent scientific research.
• Products will be used solely for lawful research purposes.
• You will not administer products to humans or animals outside of properly approved research protocols.
• You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

3. Account Registration

Certain features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, purity specifications, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free. Purity percentages are based on third-party HPLC and mass spectrometry analysis as documented in the Certificate of Analysis (COA) included with each product.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. Bulk pricing discounts are applied automatically based on the quantity tiers displayed on our bulk pricing page.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines and policies are detailed on our shipping information page. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including research monographs, guides, study summaries, images, logos, and design — is the property of Alpine Research Labs and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may reference or cite our research content with proper attribution but may not reproduce it in bulk without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpine Research Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpine Research Labs, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of products, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washoe County, Nevada.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
