    How do you ship peptides?

    All orders ship with temperature-controlled packaging, including insulated containers and gel ice packs when needed. Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for short transit periods.     Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship to select international destinations. International orders are subject to additional shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes (buyer's responsibility). Delivery typically takes 7-21 business days. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compliance with their country's import regulations for research chemicals.

    What is your return and refund policy?

    How should I store my peptides?

    Most lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term storage. Reconstituted peptides should be stored at 2-8°C and used within the timeframe specified on the product page. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Specific storage instructions are included on each product label and COA.

    How do I reconstitute lyophilized peptides?

    Reconstitution protocols vary by peptide. Generally, lyophilized peptides are reconstituted with bacteriostatic water or an appropriate buffer at a concentration suitable for your research protocol.     What payment methods do you accept?
